Wedding Wednesday

I am getting married! We are getting married!

​CJ & I are so excited!  

Wednesday’s have become our productive evenings where we check our lists of what we still need to keep moving for our big celebration. People always ask- “How’s wedding planning going? Oh, it’s great now, but just wait.”

I will wait and I will stress, but for now we both are excited and productive.

I won’t talk your ears off, but here are the highlights from the beginnings and what we are thinking about this week.

• theknot.com is amazing! You type in your engagement date and your wedding date and they give you a timeline checklist of suggested things we should do! Makes us feel on track. Seriously,if you are newly engaged check it out.
  
• Our venue is amazing! Embers has helped us navigating vendors and communicating across a state! They rock.
  
• We have our photographer and are scheduling engagement photos. We can’t wait to meet her.
  
• A close friend of ours gets to marry us! We get to start planning our ceremony next week.
  
• I have my dress. Shhh.It’s a secret.
  
• We got our rings!
  
• I love how excited both of our families are. They have been nothing but supportive during this new step together.
  

Again: I don’t want to talk your ears off, but I know that some of you have been curious what we have been up to. Now you know. We are so excited that we are getting married, but we are even more excited for the lifetime of adventures to follow!
